Corsair H50 AIO CPU Cooler

All-in-one liquid cooling, like the box says: cool, quiet, easy to install!

Picture
Here is the Corsair H50 cooler to keep the processor cool.  Low cost liquid cooling, nice and simple.  Not the top of the line, but on sale with a rebate- even better!

I was not planning to mount the radiator to exhaust on the back of the case. Good thing, there is no clearance to mount it in any orientation! Power supply blocks installing it one way, and the case is to narrow for the other orientation!

My original plan was to mount the radiator to the front of the case, pulling in cooler air allowing for cooler temperatures. The drawback is you have slightly warmer temperatures inside the case. Also, the case had mounting holes for an 80mm fan. I had to drill new holes to mount the 120mm fan. Later I may cut a larger opening to allow better air flow.

Did you see the Corsair sticker on the fan?  Since it was going to be hidden behind the radiator, I removed it.  After mounting the pump to the motherboard, the logo was crooked.  So I put the fan's logo onto the pump unit.  I also added blue vinyl to the radiator sides before final installation.

The black fan grill?  That's just for show.  Matches the grill I put on the rear case fan.  And the UV blue spiral wrap covers the black tubing quite nicely.
